We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit
cards. No personal checks please. One night deposit, charged
to a credit card is required at time of booking. Balance
is due at check-in.
For the Christmas/ New Year’s season a 50% non-refundable deposit is
required attime of booking. A one night non-refundable deposit is
requiredfor group bookings
Other than Christmas and Group bookings, 14 day cancellation notice is
required in order to receive a partial refund of deposits. Cancellations are
subject to a $25.00 rebooking fee. If less than 14 days is given for
cancellation, the one night deposit becomes non-refundable.
Minimum night stays
Minimum night stays may be required at various times of the year. In general
5 nights are required at Christmas/New Years; 3 nights on holiday weekends;
and 2 nightson high season weekends.
Normal check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Depending on cabin
availability these hours may be extended with prior approval for an
We reserve the right to limit the number of people staying in the cabins.
All guests have the right to quiet enjoyment of the cabins and anyone
exhibiting disruptive behavior will be removed at the discretion
of the management.
Pets are accepted in most cabins for a $15.00/pet fee. Check the cabin
description to see if pets are accepted in that cabin or if prior approval is
required. We reserve the right to restrict the number of pets in the cabins.
Any damage to or loss of NWL property is the responsibility of the guest
andwill be charged to the credit card on file.
