Payment - We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express credit cards.
No personal checks please. One night deposit, charged to a credit card is required at time of booking. Balance is due at check-in.
For the Christmas/ New Year’s season a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. A one night non-refundable deposit is required for group bookings
Cancellation – Other than Christmas and Group bookings, 14 day cancellation notice is required in order to receive a partial refund of deposits. Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 rebooking fee.
If less than 14 days is given for cancellation, the one night deposit becomes non-refundable.
Minimum night stays – Minimum night stays may be required at various times of the year. In general 5 nights are required at Christmas/New Years; 3 nights on holiday weekends; and 2 nights on high season weekends.
Check-in/check-out – Normal check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Depending on cabin availability these hours may be extended with prior approval for an additional charge.
Occupancy – We reserve the right to limit the number of people staying in the cabins. All guests have the right to quiet enjoyment of the cabins and anyone exhibiting disruptive behavior will be removed at the discretion of the management.
Pets – Pets excepted in most cabins for an additional $15.00, one pet. See cabin descriptions to check wether pets are excepted prior approval is required.
Damage – Any damage to or loss of NWL property is the responsibility of the guest and will be charged to the credit card on file.
